What do you need from us?
A spend extract, supplier contracts and line-level invoices, plus around two hours a week from your team. The guarantee applies when those data requirements are met. We discuss the scope and fee with you before work starts.
How does this work with our procurement team?
We work on your side of the table, alongside your team. You gain specialist coverage and a costed delivery plan while retaining the decision about which opportunities to take forward.
Do we have to commit to the delivery phase?
No. Phase 2 is your choice. If you ask SmartBuyer to negotiate and deliver the savings, your discovery fee is credited in full. Full guarantee terms are available on request.
